LPSC/SciAct Affiliate

NASA SCoPE invites early career scientists to apply to be an LPSC/SciAct affiliate.

The LPSC/SciAct Affiliate Program

To encourage broader participation in the educational outreach efforts of NASA's Science Activation teams, we are providing funds to support travel to LPSC 2025 for up to ten (10) early career researchers engaged in NASA-sponsored research; those who identify as members of historically marginalized communities are especially encouraged to apply. These selected LPSC/SciAct Affiliates agree to participate in communications workshops held at the Lunar and Planetary Institute during the weekend prior to the start of LPSC.

The LPSC/SciAct Affiliate travel funding, up to $2,000/person, is a one-time opportunity intended to foster engagement of these early career scientists with the SciAct community.
