Brianna Isola is a PhD candidate at the University of New Hampshire, working under Dr. Matthew Argall at the University of New Hampshire Space Science Center. She earned a dual B.S. in physics and astronomy from Stony Brook University and an M.S. in physics from the University of New Hampshire. Her research interests include applying machine learning and AI to heliophysics, with a focus on magnetospheric modeling and space weather prediction. Her thesis work focuses on modeling the inner magnetospheric electric field using neural networks trained on in-situ observational data to study multi-scale events during geomagnetic storms.
